Anpha Holdings Group has announced record revenues of $ 100 billion just on the company’s founding anniversary day, June 16. The revenue comes from the projects developed by the group such as Valencia Riverside, The Park Residence and Park Vista. Of which, Valencia Riverside District 9 occupies more than 50%.
Launched in March 2017, Valencia Riverside District 9 attracted many investors. The project consists of 168 townhouses in a compound area with security and green spaces, surrounded by rivers and lakes of more than 0.9 hectares, about 15 minutes from district 1 by motorbike on the highway.

Valencia Riverside has 3 main types of houses: garden townhouses, riverside townhouses, riverside commercial townhouses. Accordingly, Hoa Binh will be project general manager, the site organization and construction supervision for all projects developed by Anpha Holdings. The first project to be implemented was Valencia Riverside.
Mr. Le Viet Duc, deputy general director of Anpha Holdings, said that in the future, the group would continue to focus on real estate market in the South and East. Many key projects will be implemented by the end of 2017 as modern urban designed following Japanese standard – SimCity in District 9, Imperia Park luxury apartments in South Saigon.
In September, Anpha Holdings will hold an Australian property fair to introduce more than 20 high-end real estate projects in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth to Vietnamese investors.
