After the success of the Park Premier project that comprises more than 2,000 square meters of pool space, which is 1.5 times more than the standard Olympic swimming pool, Anpha Holdings made the headline again for developing the first-ever smart city in Vietnam that is located in the administrative center of District 9. HCMC. Furthermore, the Group has cooperated with many leading technology groups such as Samsung, LG, Panasonic and more to combine solutions and technologies to develop this preeminent project.

Mr. Michael Dang is also the senior member of the Cornell Real Estate Advisory Council since 2008 and co-judges of the annual International Real Estate Competition in New York and London.
SIMCity’s project is a successful model to share with international investors on a smart city that is in is line with the eight elements of Forbes magazine’s standard: Smart Education, Smart Energy, Smart Building, Smart Mobility, Smart Infrastructure, Smart Technology, Smart healthcare and Smart Citizen.
According to Anpha Holdings, SIMCity is developed with the idea and goal of bringing the most advanced technology into people’s life. The city devotes enormous amount of resources toward research and development, boasting some of the smartest features and infrastructure. For example, the SIMCitizen Apps application, developed on the Salesforce and SalesCloud platforms, is the highlight of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, it helps all SIMCity Lakeside and SIMCity Premier residents to manage payments, control smart-homes. The entire city is also covered with 4G network services, free high-speed Wi-Fi.
On top of all these smart features, some other highlights of SIMCity include: Designed and operated on the basis of non-smoke renewable technology, using renewable energy and natural energy that is more environmental friendly. In particular, the trees are irrigated with treated water, sorted waste at source, solar lighting, free bicycle sharing service and free shuttle bus service for residents to transport within the city instead of using their personal vehicle to reduce energy
With the help of its green parks, vast landscape, beautiful lakes, and fountains that is conducive for natural ventilation and sunray reflection. The temperature here in SimCity will also be 2 degrees lower than the downtown area
